Core
Your health, family, faith, and values. The foundation everything else stands on.
Our approach
Ron comes back to these four ideas in almost every workshop, coaching session, and mentoring conversation. None of them is complicated. Remembering them in the moment is the hard part.
01
Most people measure wealth in dollars. We measure it across four connected areas.
Your health, family, faith, and values. The foundation everything else stands on.
Relationships, growth, learning, and joy. The parts of life that make it worth living.
How you show up for others with your time, attention, and resources.
Money, and also ideas, relationships, talent, and time. Everything you have to work with.
02
When stress hits, most of us share the same instinct: react, defend, protect. We call this the Red Box, and every leader falls into it. What gets you out is a repeatable pause that takes about three seconds.
That pause is often the difference between a decision you’re proud of and one you have to walk back.
03
Most listening is passive. We nod along while we wait for our turn to talk. We teach the opposite: listening that gives the other person’s thinking room to go somewhere new, and questions that open a conversation up.
Anyone can get better at both with practice.
04
Integrity grows mostly out of ordinary choices, including the ones nobody else will see. We give leaders a simple filter for what is worth saying, and a five-step cycle for turning any decision into a repeatable practice.

Ron works with city and county teams, financial and professional service firms, and individuals. Tell him a little about your group and he’ll write back. Or try one of the exercises from his book first.
