02 · A ten-year vision
Circles of Care
This exercise begins with the people closest to you and opens a longer view. It is not about predicting the future; it is about clarifying the care you want to give it.
In ten years, what would it look like for the people you love to be well, growing, and supported?
How to use this
Write the names of the people in your inner circle, the people who matter most to you.
Write the age you and each person will be in ten years. Notice what becomes vivid.
For each person, name a highest and best intention. Keep it generous rather than overly specific.
Circle one intention where your care or influence can make a meaningful difference this year.
Take your time. This is a tool for reflection, not a test.
Begin with the people closest to you. Add them to a circle, then choose one person at a time and make your care more specific.
Add someone to begin your Circles of Care.
